This is a blend of Double Stouts from large and small format barrels, ranging in age from 19 to 28 months. We conditioned this blend on heaps of toasted coconut, piles of roasted pecans and almonds, and five regions of vanilla bean caviar from Colombia, Taiwan, Mexico, Zanzibar, and the Cook Islands. It is loaded with layers of nutty vanilla delight, riding a rip curl of Forager's rich barrel character.

750mL bottle, pours jet black, no head. Nose is decadent, with huge toasted nuts, big coconut, rich molasses, and heaps of vanilla beans—decadent as hell. Flavour is rich and complex, with ridiculously elegant and intense vanilla beans, heaps of coconut, and toasted nuts, finishing oily, chocolatey, and barrel-forward. Wonderfully rich and luxurious. Absolutely divine.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Green Session. Oily black, no head. Heavy dark malty aroma and flavour, caramely, syrupy malty, nutty bitterness and dryness.

On tap at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours dark brown. Loads of toasted nuts and dark malts on the nose. Flavour has toasted nuts, rich roasted malts, boozy bourbon. Excellent.

American oak, chcocolate, some nuts. Taste is on the American oak side, quite sweet, coconut. Not really on the nuts side to me. Good one.
