Cask @ 29th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2012, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium to dark orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20121204]

Pigs Ear. Almost clear amber beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Light tangy malt, dried fruit hops. The malts taste fresh but other than that this is just another bitter.
