On tap at Eric the Red in Moscow. Pours clear amber-red with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma is ginger, some other spices, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, Christmas spices, ginger, caramel. Faint bitter finish. Not Velka Morava’s finest work for sure.

Appearance: copper-coloured, clear, moderate off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: ginger, caramel. Light sweet, spicy. Distant hop. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: not my cup of tea.

Tap. Copper-colored, yellowish foam. Aroma: caramel, malt, spicy, anise and ginger, butter. Malt taste, caramel, butter, a little bitterness, strange enough, spice, ginger, not my favorite.
