Cold IPA - это новое прочтения направления IPL, которое ставит своей целью максимизировать вкус солода и хмеля с минимальным влиянием брожения на их трансформацию за счёт лагерных дрожжей. Для этого мы выбрали хмеля из Нового света, как более спокойные и нетривиальные. Выраженная горечь балансирует леденцовую сладость светлых карамельных солодов, сочетаясь с цветочно-травяными ароматами хмелей Ella и Waimea с легкими тонами хвои, цитрусов и фруктов (для каждого своих).
Ах да, не забудьте, что с грифоном не стоит сражаться в одиночку из-за ответного удара.

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is grapefruit, oniony and floral hops, pale malt, tropical and floral notes. Flavour is sweeter than I expected with a mild bitterness. Medium body. I love how the can label says Cold IndiaN Pale Ale in 2021.

500ml can. Pours hazy gold with a tall white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, malt. Taste is medium sweet, tonnes of hops, juicy, tropical. Quite a big bitter finish. Medium bodied. Overall very good.

Appearance: fogged golden, moderate white frothy head of mediocre retention. Aroma: tropical fruit like guava, passion fruit etc., Cracker malt. Distant lemon. Taste: moderately sweet, malty, still mostly hoppy. Pure. Tropical fruit, some citrus. Medium plus bitterness. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: medium body, average carbonation. Overall: nice one.
