I England har man sedan länge en tradition av att under vintern servera lite starkare öl för att värma upp de frusna gästerna. Det här är en fortsättning på traditionen med en kraftig, mustig, kryddad och stark julöl. Doften präglas av rostad malt samt de kryddor vi använder.

Deep dark ruby color, small beige head. Gingerbread spicey and berryish aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish gingerbread flavor, some alcohol, soya sauce and caramel. Very Christmasy.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Deep ambery brown colour with a small brown head. Aroma is spicy, mildly toasted malts, some liquorice and sweet malts as well. Flavour is spicy, sweet malts, some nuts, wood and fudge as well. Beware, atleast my bottle was a gusher.

Bottle 330ml.[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, brunkager, spicy, pumpkin spices ! Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130406]

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is spiced and toasted malty. Mild spiced and caramelish. Toasted malty and caramelish into a rosted spiced finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are thick with xmas spices. Very unbalanced and one dimensional. Also some malt, caramel, fruits and hops.
