750ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, minimally grassy-spicy and leafy, hoppy aroma, minimally biscuity, pale malty background, notes of orchard fruit, pear, apple, apricot, a mineral touch. Taste is sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty and fruity, minimally grassy hoppy, notes of orchard fruit again, pear, apple, gooseberry, white grapes, apricot, a touch of grape sugar, mild hop bitterness. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, well crafted, very fine and subtle, sports definitely some terroir due to the hops - a little gem.
