750ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark amber colour with ruby shimmer and small to average, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, minimally chocolately, caramel malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of caramel, cherry, some raisin, (over-)ripe banana, baked banana, a touch of plum. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally chocolately, caramel malty, yeasty fruity and mildly bitter, minimally earthy, herbal-grassy hoppy, hints of cherry, raisin, plum, some banana, baked banana, minimally nutty undertones, a touch of toffee and malt lozenge; fruity finish with lower sweetness and additional hints of red apple, apple pairings. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Mild, mellow, balanced and harmonious, maybe a bit cautious - very nice.
