Bottle. Clear gold sporting a decent white head. Aroma of grains, straw and floral hops. Taste of grains, minerals, grass and straw. Slightly herbal and floral. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. A solid and enjoyable Pils.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, fairly lacing, snow white head. Strawy, pale malty and grassy, hoppy aroma, some malt spiciness, some herbal-grassy spiciness, whiffs of thistle. Taste is minimally spicy, pale malty, fairly bitter, grassy hoppy, minimally peppery spicy, minimally mineral, some herbal bitterness as well, subtle residual sweetness, very subtle hints of protein; lingering, grassy hoppy finish. Watery texture, dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Crisp, dry, clean and refreshing - decent. Congratulations for building up the brewery after years of hard work. Best beer so far from Ravensberger/now Bielefelder. Will revisit the old beers brewed at the new facility and hope for some more quality to come. Promising start.
