Biologisch WIT gebrouwen met Rogge voor een volle smaak en lekker body waardoor het bier iets donkerder is dan andere wit bieren. Naast Rogge geeft de sinaasappelschil een mooi fris randje en zorgt de vlierbloesem voor een bloemig neusje wat richting honing gaat.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with some tiny floaters and small, frothy, fading, white head. Wheaty malty, spicy and slightly phenolic, yeasty fruity aroma, hints of baked banana, honey, a touch of coriander. Taste is spicy and slightly bitter hoppy, rather neutral, wheaty malty basis with little residual sweetness, hints of coriander, a touch of Curaçao, baked banana. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously dry, even minimally pungent palate, medium to fine, soft to flat carbonation. Unbalanced, disharmonious, simultaneously rather monotonous - not the best effort.
