The ingredients in Licorne Grand Cru are rigorously selected for their quality: pure, natural water, the very best hop flowers to bring out the aromas of this exceptional beer and barley for its light robe. The key to this unique recipe resides in the last ingredient, indispensable in beer making: yeast. In the end Licorne Grand Cru owes its finesse to the delicate addition of Saccharomyces Bayanus, a yeast normally used for making delicately sparkling wines.

Bottle 330 ml. Pale golden. Aroma: a little hop, whey and apple cider, dry white wine. Taste: clear and watery, malt, sour cider.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, corn, vegetables, grass - silage. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, silage. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130406]

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear pale golden with a white head. Malty, lightly sulphurous aroma. Very dry body, very metallic with an odd grape-like tartness - like a dry white wine. Ends dry. An odd bird. 070413

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and dry cornish. Bitter, grassy, cornish and dry hoppy. Crisp grassy and strawish finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light fruity and light grainy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 060413

bottle from jaghana - merci! Clear pale golden, mid-sized head. Aroma of ripe fruit. Malty, slightly sweet with lots of over-ripe fruit and some dusty, cardboardy hops.
