750ml bottle picked up at Easterton's stall at the Huntly Hairst 2024. Opens with effervescence. It pours slightly hazy bright golden - yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma is musty, funky, barnyard, brett, damp oak, apple skin, melon, white grape, lemon - lime, sherbet and damp hay. The taste is crispy, bone dry, snappy, dry oak, tannic, hay, tart apple, apple skin, leathery, lemon, lime, sherbet, hint of acidity, earth, deep funk and brett with a drying, tannic finish. Medium body and effervescent carbonation. Quite unique stuff. Good depth of flavour.
