Bottle at their stall at Barra Castle. It pours clear pours greenish - gold with a small fluffy white head. The aroma is musty, barnyard, poopy, funky. Fun times, zingy, tangy, bright, juicy, crunchy apple, apple skin, oak and a touch of sherbet. The taste is crisp, snappy, bone dry, oak tannin, bright, zingy, lovely crunchy apple, apple skin, slightly leathery, deep funk, playful acidity, white wine, white grape, gooseberry and lemon sherbet. Finishes up with oak tannin and dries out. Medium body body and fine, spritzy carbonation. Super flavourful, bright, funky and well balanced. Another cracker from Easterton.
