This is a crisp, refreshing, and fruity Cold IPA, fusing the best of American Lager and IPA. Maize (corn) is selected to create body and umami flavours while Azacca CGX and Tango hops give notes of pineapple and mango. With the help of industry experts Lallemand, who developed the perfect yeast for this style, we’ve created this super-smashable cold-fermented India Pale Ale.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear orangey - amber with a thick, bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, green, weedy, pine, green, lemon - lime, greengage, quite floral and sappiness. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, pleasing bitterness which lingers, pine needles, sappy, resinous, green, weedy, peppery spice, grassy , floral and weak citrus with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Very nice stuff. I really like the assertive bitterness and clean flavours.
