On tap at San Clemente. 5.5% Pours with the palest of yellow bodies and a fading white head. Aroma of corn, urine, hay, sweet bread dough and sweet overall. Taste is sweet, lightly bready, grain, doughnuts, corn. Not offensive. Something fruity. Fizzy and dry

From tap at the San Clemente brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Light cornish and vague acidic aroma. Dry cornish and slight phenolic aroma. Dry and yeasty finish. Dry and cornish finish.
