A sessionable sour gently fruited with fresh blueberries and blackberries. A perfect body with some opacity shining through the dark fruit. An ideal summer sessioner.

Can from BiervanEijk, Steenwijk. Tart blueberry and blackberry, fruity berry yoghurt. Some wheaty malt. Mild sour and tart flavour, not a lot of sweetness.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky pink-violet. Butterscotch, sour milk, vomit, some berries, some pickled vegetanles, sour and sweetish. Weird.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep purple and smoothie like. Creamy pink head. Nose - blackberry and leafy. Funky edge. Taste - more blackberry dominant flavours and still a little green. Palate - creamy and then goes a bit thin, but nice light tartness which lingers. Overall - nice. A bit lower ABV than their usual fruited sours.
