Fünf Jahre sind nun vergangen und wir blicken auf schwierige, aber auch sehr schöne Zeiten zurück. Aus diesem Grund haben wir für unser Jubiläum dieses besondere Biere gebraut. Ein intensives, geschmacksvolles und sehr komplexes Imperial Stout. Dies beschreibt die letzten fünf Jahre wohl am besten. Wir wünschen euch viel Spaß damit und bedanken uns für euren Zuspruch und eure langjährige Treue. Auf unser aller Wohl und die nächsten Jahre!

Bottle at Kängaruh, Wien Friday 22nd May 2026 after a twenty minute walk from Ammutsøn. Pours dark brown, a little darker than chestnut, perhaps closer to mahogany but nothing like pitch black, light beige head atop. Soft mouthfeel, liquorice and dark bitter cocoa, yeah this is very much in the vein of an old skool trad' Impy but bloody good. Nice roastiness, this really lingers, yeah very good. Score: 7.8

Sip from 0,33l bottle at Känguruh, Vienna shared by Frida, big thanks. black color, small tan head. both in smell and taste a rather old school classical stouts, bitter chocolate, some earthy notes, malty, nice roastiness. Good to drink. Nice to very nice one

Bottle, 330 ml at Känguruh. Black with medium sized lasting beige head. Chocolate, some pine, cocoa, nice bitterness. Medium bodied, quite smooth. Nice old school US imperial stout.

Schwarze Farbe mit beiger Schaumkrone. Prägnant malziger, röstmalziger Geruch mit Schokolade und Kaffee. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig mit Kaffee und Schokolade, zudem Anklänge an Rosinen. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
