Here we gose again! Sip and savour this lusciously thick and fruity sour, which gets its hazy red color from the raspberries added during the brew. The hints of sweet caramel are balanced by a touch of lactic acid, and topped with a perfect foamy head. This tasty treat will make you want to raise your glass again and again. Kippis!

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Hazy deep reddish colour with a small pinkish white head. Aroma is berries, some lactose, raspberries, mild strange sweetish tones. Flavour is raspberries, some random berries, mild lactic acidic tones with some wood and mild salty tones. Sweetish-tart. Could do with a bit more co2.

Taster at the brewpub. Almost clear, reddish colored. AROMA- lactose, raspberries, vanilla. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, moderately sour, raspberry, red berries, vanilla, lactose. Syrupy medium body. For me really tasty.
