Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a fully hazy opaque gold body that has copper hues and supports a white head. The aroma offers up mostly grapefruit notes that have a sense of being freshly squeezed. There isn’t much else there aromatically making it through the treatment. The taste delivers a pleasing grapefruit sweetened fruitiness and grapefruit bitterness leading to a blend of tangelo and tangy tangerine citrus hop juiciness. Behind those notes are mild spicy dank onion and a faint hoppy earthiness. Wow, the grapefruit addition makes this more refreshing and crushable than ever. I can drink a lot of this.
