Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a near clear gold body that supports a thin white to quickly no head. The aroma offers up loads of inviting notes like acidic citrus, a dash of an earthy woodsy note, tart berry and then a modest yet pleasing earthy barn yard horse blanket damp stable kind of thing. Nice. The taste delivers a modest level of puckering acidic citrus and then getting into a mild tart cherry sensation. To midway faint earthy basement is noticed grounding the puckering notes. Pretty dange solid sour.
