Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a slightly hazy deep gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up tangelo and clementine flowing into a dose of flowery floral hops and a faint sense of the maltiness. The taste delivers classic Centennial hop notes that are flowery floral hops, some spicy hops and a modest hit of malt sweetened juicy tangelo too. The variety of malts show up about midway with crystal malts, a dash of biscuit malts and a mild woody sensation. Pretty solid Pale. Easily on par with the last version of Paiute.
