Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up sugary malts, earthy yeast, pears and then a fruity booziness. The taste delivers a blend of sweet pears and apples, some sweetness blunted spicy yeastiness and then a mild pear to pineapple cotton candy sensation. Decent but just to damn sweet
