64oz growler, filled at the brewery, pours with a clear copper body that supports a light tan head. The aroma offers up smooth earthy hops, spicy hops, a light citrus note and then grassy hops mixed with malts. The taste delivers bitter floral and spicy hops heading quickly into grassy and lightly bitter pine hoppiness. To midway the malts come to the surface. It then picks up thin citrus hop juiciness that creates a pleasing counter to the hops bitterness. Pretty nice as it’s growing on me after every few ounces. Got about 45oz to go.
