The modest aroma offers up earthy grassy hops and sweet hop fruitiness blended with a thin biscuit malt note. The taste delivers some malts, spicy earthy and mint hop bitterness and then some grassy hops mixed with a slight fruity estery sweetness. To midway the hops and malts merge with a earthy grassy note that’s both bitter and sweet. Behind those notes is a biscuit sort of maltiness.
