32oz growler pours with a clear copper to gold body that supports a full semi loose dirty white head. The aroma offers up peach, soft cantaloupe, a bit of strawberry and then a light grapefruit note off in the background. The taste begins with smooth biscuit malt enhanced cantaloupe and peach fruitiness. Toward midway the grapefruit bitterness catches up to create a nice flavor balance. It ends with a mild mineral sensation amid the lightly biscuit malts and citrus and tropical fruity hoppiness. This is a real nice Pale Ale.
