Inspired by our home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and brewed using all Australian barley, wheat and Galaxy hops, Pacific Ale is cloudy and golden with a big fruity aroma and a refreshing finish. After being dry hopped at the end of fermentation, our Pacific Ale is then drawn straight from the storage tank at the brewery into kegs and bottles.

330 ml bottle. Pale golden color. Clean, light malt nose, lemony hops. Light, dry flavor, crackers, lemon, herbs, light resin. Good summer drinker.

Tap at The White Horse, Parsons Green, London. Murky pale yellow color, full sized white head. Aroma and flavor malts, fruity hops, tropical fruit hoppiness with a decent bitterness. Absolutely delicious this one. Very pleasant. Full carbonation perhaps, but decent to medium bodied as well and overall, I absolutely love it.

Byron Bay beer … on tap?!?! Milk Beach SoHo. Don’t ask me what year. Don’t ask me how for long. But I had way too much fun in Byron Bay. Haven’t had a schooner in sooo long!

Keg at The Blue Posts, Soho. Hazy pale gold. Foamy white head. Aroma has light dry citrus with some sweetness porridge. Flavourwise it has light-medium sourness with some spice. Underlying fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Boring if drinkable.
