Inspired by our home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and brewed using all Australian barley, wheat and Galaxy hops, Pacific Ale is cloudy and golden with a big fruity aroma and a refreshing finish. After being dry hopped at the end of fermentation, our Pacific Ale is then drawn straight from the storage tank at the brewery into kegs and bottles.

375ml can at BCEC, served very cold. Refreshing thanks to a hefty disease of tropical fruit hop flavours, I enjoyed this one

Keg at The Bottom End, Melbourne. Melon aroma. Looks like hoegaarden. Slight haze and quick hop grass flavour.

Hazy golden beer, white head. Light fruity aroma. Flavour doesn't have loads going on. Some bittersweet fruit, grassy hops. Decent balance of both in the finish. It's fine and drinkable but not exciting.

Cloudy yellow gold with a frothy white head and a soft, fruity aroma. Soft, smooth and peachy with a nice little punch of citrus bitterness

Bottle at home from Beer52. A light hazed straw yellow coloured pour with a a fading white fizz. Aroma is pissy, earthy straw, nettle grassy veg, thin wheat and a little phenolic. Flavour is composed of crisp, light floury wheat, chalk, dry and flaked wheat, little midget gem and pissy citrus. Palate is dry and thin, spritzy carbonation and superdry finish. Pretty shit.

330ml bottle via Beer52; BB 17th Oct 2020. Drank at home on 5th Jun 2020. Misty pale golden/straw body, white head. Weak nose and flavours, citrus and grassy leanings but lacks oomph.

Thin white head on a very pale still body. No aroma. Medium to thin bodied, minimal carbonation & limp on the back. Bitter citrus, chalk & pepper tastes.
