Bottle pours with a clear amber brown body that puts up some modest legs. The aroma offers up berry honey and residual sugars and then a modest earthy sort of food/vegetable note that is defying my ability to describe it. The taste delivers nectar sweet berry and honey that hits a dry spot for a moment. It then gets a little more earthy rhubarb like amid all of the yummy sweetness. Into the finish mild residual sugar notes blend with the nectar berry sweetness to demand another sip. Lovely. Another fun one I’d love to try again and again. The back and forth between the honey and the rhubarb is really cool and delicious.
