100ml, tap at Ølfestival København 13. Almost jet black coloured body. Fragile lacing to the glass. Moderate smoked malty nose. Smoked grainy malts in flavour, hints of dark chocolate leading to a balancing bittersweet end. Good drinking (Copenhagen, 24.05.2013).

DØE. Black with small light brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee,liquorice and a little smoke. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, liquorice, smoke, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Draught. Good bready aroma. Black colour. Small light brown head. Good roasted flavour, nicely bready. Hint of cream. Seems to have a little hop bite. Not as alcoholic as many other Baltic porters.

Sample @ DØE. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, licorice, anis, coffee, roast malt and hops.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity roasted malty caramel aroma. Roasted malty caramel flavor with weak hints of licorice. Has a roasted malty caramel finish.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty. Breadish and toasted malty. Toasted malty. Caramelish and light liqourice. Bitter and roasted malty. Bitter and light toasted into a dry finish.
