‘She loves shrew (yeah yeah yeah)’ is a medium, unfiltered, unpasteurised, wild fermented, lightly sparkling cider made from handpicked apples from a wonderful old traditional standard orchard in the Grey valley, Herefordshire.
Kingston black and Yarlington mill provide the musical back bone of this delicious cider. This partnership is finessed with the addition of the rare and exciting Knotted Kernel – probably one of our favourite apples, especially when allowed to shine on its own as a single varietal. Sat quietly at the back, but making it all come together is the humble Brown’s apple. These fab four act naturally as one to create a pitch perfect cider. 375ml. 5.5%

375ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of mucky funky apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, alittle tartness & plasticky funk, some core and mellow bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
