Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, grass - leather, light barnyard. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, brett - leather, hoppy, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130330]

Bottle shared at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting 2013 - London. Pours murky, light gold with a bubbly white head. Sharp lightly toasted bread in the nose, nips of brett. Light funky flavor, light to medium sweet, some bitter leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate unintentional funk to finish with mild hay. Fair.

Bottle at Chriso Easter "Flags of many nations" Tasting, 31/03/13. Clear golden with a thin white head. Nose is citrus, sugars, light hops, orange. Taste comprises light grapefruit, hops, orange. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, dryish in the finish. Pleasant enough fayre.
