Very smoky aroma. Dark coffee, dark chocolate, smoked wood. Slight hint of plum in the background.

Ciemna barwa, aromat czekoladowy, wiśnie w czekoladzie, minimalnie kawa. W smaku podobnie do aromatu, goryczka na niskim poziomie, alkohol delikatnie rozgrzewa przełyk. Baltic Porter Day 2025.

W szkle czarne, pod światło na zwężeniach szkła ciemno brunatne, piana ciemno brązowa drobno pęcherzykowa dość szybko znika do zera. Z puszki gorzka czekolada, melanoidy, migdały, w smaku spód ciasta czekoladowego, marcepan, śliwka suszona z podwędzaną nutą, wyraźna ziołowa goryczka z delikatnie rozgrzewającym alkoholem. Całkiem fajnie w stylu.
