Brewery draught, 1/18/25. Clear, seems unfiltered. Deep golden. Small, white head, low retention. Clean, crisp, clear, bright. Well-hopped. Tons of mineral. Rich honey and cracker. Great balance. In the mouth it's richly-malted. Well-hopped with fresh herbal and peppery notes. Excellent attenuation. So crisp, clean, bright. Tons of flavor for its size.
