Smooth, sweetish and slightly roasty with loads of coconut, vanilla, cocoa, hints of cinnamon, barrel, oak, toffee and syrup. Quite a lot of coconut here. Borderline too sweet and greasy but somehow it works.

Pours black with no head. Aroma: full of cinnamon, vanilla and a touch of bourbon. Taste: again full of cinnamon, raisins and rich chocolate malts. Rich palate.
Next one, please!

On tap at Peders, pours black, no head. Aroma is dominated by cinnamon, followed by raisins, vanilla, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour is very rich and complex, with intense cinnamon, raisins, bourbon barrels, and vanilla. Wonderfully cohesive and rich. Excellent.

On tap at Peders. Pours black with no head. Tons of cinnamon, cream, and sweet dark malts on the nose. Flavour has great cinnamon, bourbon, syrup, and a nice malty base. Fantastic.

Brewery draught, 1/18/25.
Clear, brown. Small to no head.
Rich, inviting, coconut-heavy nose with gooey fudge notes and lots of sweetness. Low barrel character but mellow, and not boozey.
On the sweeter side with some spicy bourbon acidity in the finish and light, drying tannin. Tons of adjunct but it's lovely and well-expressed. Just a shade under syrupy texture. Very rich.

On tap at the brewery. Black with brownish head. Quite sweet, decadent, chocolate, vanilla, cocoa. Lots of coconut. Tasty but somewhat cloying.

Bottle thanks to Stephen. Pours black with tan head and coconut flakes. The aroma is strong coconut, brownie batter, vanilla, roast, booze. Thick, chewy, coconut, cake batter, roast, boozy finish, very nice.
