Colourant, in collaboration with our good friends at Phase 3, is a massive imperial stout brewed with a heavy hand of wheat. We doubled down and aged it in freshly dumped Old Fitzgerald wheated bourbon barrels for 17 months before introducing the beer to coconut, cinnamon, and equal parts of Comoros and Vanuatu vanilla beans. The result is deliciously decadent-reminiscent of cream soda and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Draught @ Kaffee Bazaar, Ieper. Pours an inky black, very thin deep tan ring circling the glass. Definite Tonka coming through strong, background buffalo trace and wild turkey influence, not as prominent as expected, still a big hitter, slick and full bodied.. just didn't expect the tonka.

Aroma: Dark roasted malt with coconut and chocolate. Flavour: Very sweet with chocolate and coconut with vanilla. Aftertaste is very sweet. Mouthfeel is very oily.
