Bottle 350ml. [ As Quarryman Golden Ale Dorada ].Unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dusty malt, caramel, nutty, pale malt, light hoppy, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, fruity, sweet malt, yeasty notes, light nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled. Lightly hazy golden, brief head. Buttery nose. Medium sweet and lightly grassy with rather soft mouthfeel. There’s some minerals, and a weird touch of horse dung(!?) otherwise it stays fairly neutral flavourwise. Minerally finish with low bitterness.
