In unseren ersten Sud haben wir alles reingelegt, was an Bierwut und Bierliebe in uns steckt. Dabei konnten wir uns anfangs nicht einmal auf ein ober- oder untergäriges Bier einigen. Nach einer Idee von Ingo Mutterer vom Brauhaus Rössle in Neubulach/Schwarzwald, wurde es einfach beides. Ein kaltgehopftes Drunter- und Drübergäriges.

Bottle shared at THT July. Slightly hazy light amber with thin offwhite head. Sweet malts, fudge, rather dusty. Under medium sweet, light ground bitter. Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy orange with a white head. Notes of orange zest, boiled malt, corn, sugar. Medium body, medium carbonation and a sweet finish.

Bottle(Thanks to Quack-Duck!):Cloudy, orangey coloured, small and creamy off-white head; moderate bitter-sweet nose of fruity aromas, blended with yeast and a moderate grapefruity-hoppy touch; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit tart; slightly lingering drier grapefruity finish with a certain amount of balancing sweet pale malt. Not exciting, but quite well drinkable…

330ml bottle. Cloudy deep golden to amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly sweet-ish, grainy, bready and biscuity malty aroma, cautious fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine and orange. Taste is slightly dry strawy, minimally grainy, a minimally leafy touch of lemon tea.

Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, dusty malt, fruity malt, light bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dusty malt, fruity malt, pale malt, light bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]
