In unseren ersten Sud haben wir alles reingelegt, was an Bierwut und Bierliebe in uns steckt. Dabei konnten wir uns anfangs nicht einmal auf ein ober- oder untergäriges Bier einigen. Nach einer Idee von Ingo Mutterer vom Brauhaus Rössle in Neubulach/Schwarzwald, wurde es einfach beides. Ein kaltgehopftes Drunter- und Drübergäriges.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@Tuesday Taphouse Bottle Share, Copenhagen - Golden pour with white head. Sweet grainy and grassy hoppy, some additional corn sweetness, light medicinal and herbal, not great.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, fine fruity like lemon, some apricot, modest sweet. Well balanced finish. Nice!

33cl bottle. Pours hazy amber colour with a huge good lasting light beige head. Aroma of mild hops, citron, toasted malt. Taste is mild hoppy, citron, melon, toasted malt.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is grassy, grapefruity and slight greasy. Bitter, fruity and grapefruity. Smooth fruity, bitter and crisp hoppy finish.

bottle from Heinrichs 3000 Kornwestheim. Cloudy golden with a mid-sized white head. Primising hop aroma. Quite light-bodied with a hsy malty base that has a grainy touch. Hebral-resiny hops, with ashy (yeasty?) fruity touch.
