The big brother of the best-selling Thunder Funk IPA. This big-bodied West Coast style Double IPA drinks deceptively smooth and delivers big hop flavors. Double the Thunder.

Can to tulip.
And, well, I'm not going to say much here about the different attributes except that this is Thunder Funk on steroids so with that in mind, did I like this that much more? well, maybe just the fact that the aroma doesn't change, the flavor really doesn't change and the texture - just a little bit more ABV than the base beer and basically the same numbers, I believe I gave Thunder Funk.
My general feeling is if someone handed me this, maybe I would consider it, maybe.

Super crisp and clear deep golden and light amber coloured body with a million bubbles rising fro the bottom, all with a large, five to six centimetre tall, slightly soapy head that leaves an ugly lace once the head fades. Aroma of pine, grass, flowers, cleanser and a dash of apricots, all with some light alcohol and malts noticeable in the nose, too, but the hops seem strongest. Medium-bodied; Very crisp, dry and grassy profile at first without much malt here at all and no real body, either, with some grassy and piney hops here and a smooth level of pineappley sweetness and resin on the end. Aftertaste shows a nice crisp finish with a good kick of apricots and pineapple, with a subtle bitterness from the hops, but pretty easy-drinking, especially considering the alcohol here, which seems close to 7,0 per cent, if that! Overall, a nice , very crisp, slightly fruity, but very dry and grassy IPA that doesn't show Imperial Status at all, but does show crisp and hoppy flavours nicely. Great to sample, especially super fresh - easily worth the trip back home - get it if you can! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Orlando (Lake Buena Vista), Florida (Store #004) on 30-April-2022 for US4,49, canned on 17-March-2022 (St. Patrick's Day) and sampled at my house here in Washington on 02-June-2022.

Pours a slightly hazy amber from a can, minimal lacing. Some pine notes along with a light melon and tropical fruit. Similar flavor, bitter. Good beer.

Pours clear, deep gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Mild sourdough, caramel and resin aromas. Medium bodied with dark overripe tropical fruit, charred caramel and dank, hot resin.
