Draft at the brewery. Pours clear copper color with off white head. Aromas of brett, smoke, and oak. Smokey and earthy flavors with some brett and oak. Slightly tart. Medium body with average carbonation. Very unique.

Tap at brewery what an interesting brew and a nice way to send day off. Clear brown pour. Nose is earthy and fruity and smoky. Tastes of peat, earth, floral, citrussome other fruits and beets. Fruity finish.
