Flavor very clean on the malts profile with cereal biscuits and bread and hints of honey, a bit buttery maybe. Decise hops backing on the floral side, leafy, moderate bitterness which remains, resins. Smooth to thick texture, full body, soft to medium carbonation, savory, tasty. Finish is sticky, malty bready and resiny for a fair bitterness, persistent. Very nice, robust and classy. The original 11 is great this one is a tick above.
