Ipa di ispirazione inglese. Al gusto intensa, con aromi erbacei, terrosi e leggermente fruttati dati dai luppoli inglesi utilizzati. Equilibrata, amara e mai pungente ma con un tenore alcolico importante. Luppoli: Bramling Cross, Olicana, Endevour. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d'orzo, luppolo, lievito.

Bottle at bar pesa. Hazy amber color thick fine off-white yellowish head. Skunky yeasty smell. Dusty earthy malt, lots of yeast, basement dust, heavily hopped for a prominent bitter taste. Some caramelized malt and bread in the middle, bitter after that, muddy finish, noticeable alcohol, Lasting bitterness. Feels raw, unclean.
