Tap at luppolo 12, rome. Bright hazy yellow color sustained whitr head. Aroma of pale malts and wheat, spices, mint, citrusy hops, belgian yeast, dough. Taste is spectacular, starts off sugary then ripples on a decise yet not violent lemony sourness ending up on a moderate herbal bitter tone. Strong carbonation, medium body, silky texture, refreshing, light balsamic, easy to drink. Finish is medium dry, quite long, yeasty. Fantastic hoppy belgian ale, lovely, I see this great for summer.

Il gusto al naso va sul floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è bruschino, semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, crosta di pane, agrumi e banana.

On tap at Luppolo Station in Rome. Cloudy orange pale color with a medium-high gassy foam. Nose: sweet spiciness, crumb. Mouth: medium carbo, medium-low body, medium spiciness, a bit sweet yeasty-driven. Nice.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Giallo paglierino, torbida, leggermente opalescente, schiuma bianca media persistente. Al naso è bella rustica, lievito, esteri, frutta gialla, limone e spezie. In bocca è croccante e rotonda, dolciastra all'attacco con splendido amaro, perfettamente bilanciata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Blond di eccellente livello!

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy, very pale gold with fluffy persistent white foam, fine. Aroma is generally citrusy, more lemony, some Belgian yeast. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is still tendentially lemony, with marked bitterness for its body. A little unbalanced, in my view. Finish is average in length, but not really pleasant in taste.
