Tap at Lumiere. Pale yellow color, almost clear, big white head, lacing, persistent, kinda fizzy. Flavor upfront is american hops as expected. Solid pale malts body, light bready rather lagery, cookie, starch, corn. Some crisp resiny tones afterwards, hints of pine. Taste is malty, lagery, light salty, medium bitterness. Texture relatively thick, slick, oily, carbonated. Technically simple, but not easy to define. It shares the flavor profile of the Gerica lacking in caramel and bitterness, or a variation of the Brusca using oversea hops. Nothing exceptionally interesting comes out, however it's clean and easy to drink, overall good.
