Gluten free golden ale, made with maranello corn. Tap at Lumière. Very pale color, almost clear, big stable frosty white head. Flavor is mild fruity and floral, some cornflakes as expected. But really surprised for a GF this is well balanced and nice to drink, well hopped with resiny hops for a piney and tropical twist. Thin body, sustained carbonation, hoppy finish. Unexpectedly nice, well done.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent gold, with a fluffy head of white foam. Aroma is a nice floral, hay, cereal. Body is average with intense carbonation. Taste has a nice bitterness and some initial sweetness. Finish is average aside from some more bitterness.
