Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a hazy copper gold body that supports a nice white head of foam that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The aroma offers up pine hops, spicy onion hops, a sliver of sweet bread and then a bit of grapefruit. The taste delivers mild smooth sweet bread surrounded by thick malt nuanced sappy pine hop flavor flowing into spicy onion and bitter grapefruit. Pretty easy drinking IIIPA. 8 4 8 4 14
