Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a fairly clear ruby red color that supported a rather brief "head" of bubbles. The aroma offers up thin notes of earthy green shrubs, melon, kiwi and fuzzy kiwi skin. The taste delivers a quick tartness rimmed thinly by salt and then rolling into increasing earthy berry nuanced melon and slight kiwi notes. Solid prickly pear offering.
