Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a murky glowing dull gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up lots of fruity esters like pear, apricot and a thin hit of banana with citrus and faint tropical fruit notes well off in the background. The taste delivers loads of yeasty esters like apple, pear, apricot and then a cantaloupe to banana sort of soft fruitiness. Pretty nice with plenty of perceived bitterness to counter the soft sweet yeasty ester fruitiness going on.
