Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a near clear gold body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up some blunted Brett, mild pear and then a faint sour citrus fruitiness. The taste delivers a somewhat thin bodied tart Brett notes nuanced by saison yeasty spiciness and then mild pear and apple sweetness. The balance here is really nice. Dig it.
