Half pint, cask by hand-pump at Guy Fawkes Inn. Nitro cream-like, off-white head. Near-clear, ruby coloured body. Carpeted lace to the glass. Leafy hops and sweet malty nose. Juicy malty taste together with chocolate offset by a smooth bitter ending. Foamy in the mouth. Satisfying (York, 26.01.2013).

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 18/12/2012. Copper coloured with an off-white head. Aroma of leafy hops, berry fruits and a hint of spice. Flavour was sweetish, with some solid malts, more fruit and a decent bitter finish. Good.
