The aroma offers up pineapple, tangerine and a bit of cantaloupe leading into a growing flowery honey sensation. The taste delivers an initial blend of tangerine and pineapple and then a growing floral hop bitterness. As the hop bitterness reaches a peak the dry honey notes come to the surface. Wow, floral, bitter and dry fermented honey. Pretty cool.
